In addition to my coaching practice, I serve as both the Dean of Students and the Dean of Community Life at the Professional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI), where I’m passionate about supporting students and creating a vibrant online community.As Dean of Students, I focus on facilitating a seamless, impactful learning experience. I provide clear, timely communication and foster a welcoming environment where students feel acknowledged, valued, and inspired. By organizing peer groups, hosting monthly Power Lunch Calls, and staying attuned to student feedback, I aim to make the PCCI journey both engaging and transformative.As Dean of Community Life, I am committed to cultivating a strong sense of community among our virtual learners. I develop strategies that bring students, faculty, and alumni together in meaningful ways. I coordinate virtual events, oversee social media engagement, and facilitate connections across platforms, helping students feel part of a supportive network. From hosting networking sessions to creating alumni engagement opportunities, my goal is to foster lasting connections that empower our students in their coaching journey and beyond.
