- Process/calculation/posting and Management of payroll for over 5,000 employees. Spread across 200+ locations and 8+ states.- Process/calculation/payment of all payroll related taxes, including quarterlies. (Utilizing Aatrix through Payroll software)- Payment/Calculation of all employee garnishments/withholdings.- Verification of hourly corporate timecards.- Research and assist with any inquiries from Management/the field regarding pay history.- Oversee and complete Employment Verifications.- Manage 3 direct Employees and their schedules/time off/backup.

-Calculation of sales commission.-Calculation,Accrual, and posting of various manager/department commissions/bonuses.-Verifying Time Cards-Cleaning/maintenance of various accounting schedules.-Payroll entry/calculation/and posting.-Cutting of paychecks/direct deposits-Calculation/payment of all payroll related taxes.-Garnishment calculations/payments. -Processing of new hire and terminated employees. (Onboarding and computer entry)-Workers Comp claim processing. -Unemployment claim processing -Enrollment/Tracking eligibility for employee benefits. Medical/Dental/Vision/401K-Payroll/Human Resources Processing for nearly 200 employees.

- Recruitment for all open positions (advertisements, job listings, etc)- Scheduling of interviews for open positions after reviewing resumes/applications- Processing of all new hires, conducting new hire paperwork (including e-docs) processing of I9s, E-verify, etc. Input of all information into personnel program.- Conducting of interviews to determine proper job fit.- Counseling associates on attendance, safety violations, etc.- Administration of drug screens/Background checks

- Recruitment for all open positions (advertisements, job listings, etc)- Scheduling of interviews with appropriate supervisors for open positions after reviewing resumes/applications.- Processing of all new hires, conducting new hire orientation (including all new personnel paperwork)- Review Pre-billing reports monthly for accuracy before corporate submits billing.

- Calculation of all salesman income.- Posting into ADP all dealerships employees payroll, processing of payroll and cutting of checks.- Submitting of direct deposits.- Posting of all retail car deals into accounting.- Cleaning of related schedules, and any related journal entries.- Payment of any employees garnishments or child support payments.

- Finalizing all finished car deals- Managing daily bank transactions, including deposits and ACH’s, and debits.- Handling of salesman commission payroll.- Verifying of time cards for all hourly employees, and submitting for payroll.- Cleaning of “schedules”. Verifying information on reports is accurate and up to date, and forwarding those to appropriate managers. - Cutting of various payable checks for vendors, and charging to appropriate accounts.- Handling of all titling, licensing, registering of all vehicles sold. Verifying titles are filled out correctly.
