Jennifer C. Lann is the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) for Northern Ohio Northwestern Mutual. As CGO, she steers the organization's overall growth strategy. She collaborates closely with the managing partner to achieve horizontal growth across the company. Lann functions as a strategic consultant to leadership and financial advisors, guiding them to achieve individual and collective growth targets. In her full-time management role, she establishes systems to improve, monitor, and assess the development of all financial advisors. Additionally, the CGO sets the strategic direction for the Network Office Advisor Productivity plan.
