* Manage all incoming Splunk Access Requests, ensuring access is given properly and aligned with security standards * Main communicator between Cloud Security and Automation teams in order to streamline the Access Grant process for new hires * Assist in managing internal Jira queues as well as develop Confluence knowledge-base for Splunk employees

• Monitor, respond, and resolve approximately 25-40 audiovisual-related tickets submitted through Service-Now on a weekly basis to ensure timely resolution and closure • Responsible for resolving software/hardware and connectivity issues at the Tech Lounge by providing support to both on-site and remote employees • Communicate effectively with employees to gather detailed information about their issues and resolve in an orderly and timely fashion• Assist in special projects such as G-Suite rollout and Demisto’s Merger/Acquisition Onboarding Process • Install, maintain, and upgrade workstation hardware, software, and operating systems for both MACs and PCs • Provision 300+ laptops for interns, contractors, and full-time employees using JAMF and SMMC imaging methods • Onboard approximately 20-30 New Hires weekly, which includes hardware preparation and physical workstation set-up• Manage and distribute licenses for software such as CrashPlan, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe, and VMWare products• Enroll approximately 300+ iPads into AirWatch for remote management and troubleshoot/maintain 40+ Zoom-operated conference rooms for meeting purposes
