I am Yoga Teacher with the desire to share my love of yoga with the world. I am focusing this year on practicing and developing my skills as a continued practitioner and traveling instructor. I consider myself a people person. I have traveled the world, visiting 50 countries (25 in 2023) to learn about cultures different from my own. I speak Spanish and enjoy have a never ending curiosity.On the business side, I am a dedicated and eager professional with a vast knowledge of talent acquisition. I have been fortunate in my career to have great opportunities and valuable learning experiences. I have developed and grown into a Professional and University Recruitment subject matter expert. I am skilled in resume writing and review, interview preparation, sourcing, phone screening and interviewing, ATS management, process improvement, interview scheduling, building relationships, and managing expectations, team building activities, project participation, campus recruitment strategies, event logistics and execution, data mining and story telling, creating meaningful presentations, and building a proactive talent pipeline. I also did a short stint in my career as a Program Manager and led a team of talented Program Coordinators.I grew up in Michigan and spent a huge portion of my life in Chicago, IL. I moved to New York City for a few years, lived in Seattle for professional advancement and a change in scenery (backpacking in the mountains is likely where you would find me), and now consider myself a nomad. I left corporate America in late 2022 to experience the world. I sold everything I own to continue a life of freedom, joy and discovery. Instead of going back to corporate America, I am diving into recruitment consulting work while teaching yoga. I am excited to see where my journey and career takes me!!
