My tenure in construction provided me with the ability to problem solve, organize chaos, think laterally and work with humans from all walks of life. While not having the traditional college education to support me, I have continued to educate myself through on the job training and embracing every opportunity to learn more about my industry. My eventual position as Director of Operations was achieved through hard work and dedication as I grew from Admin support, up the ladder, to my eventual position as Director of Operations. The foundation of my experience is in accounting, general business management and systems implementation & management. When not working in the construction industry I use that knowledge to help other small business owners in the fitness and wellness world to organize their offices, finances and bookkeeping. To keep my own balance I have practiced yoga for 20 years and taught for 15. This helps me to maintain clarity and focus in even the most challenging of personal and professional situations.
