For a long time, I thought the only way to survive change was to crawl through the muck on your own. But I’ve since learned the real key to success comes in seeking out the support of people around you. In my former career as a health care attorney at Fortune 25+ companies, I’ve persevered through corporate mergers, countless reorganizations, and a complete industry overhaul. On the personal front, I know what it feels like when life brings you to your knees (ask me about it sometime). I know the toll that change takes on individuals. I’ve seen first-hand how change affects relationships at home and at work, causes breakdowns in company culture, and negatively impacts productivity. When individuals and businesses deflect change, it gets ugly. Through these experiences, I saw how the power of human connection can help individuals and teams grow and overcome challenges. And I understand the importance of having support when navigating change.As Founder of (re)connect consulting, I work with mid-size companies, nonprofits and startups (as well as 1:1 clients) struggling with change or interpersonal dynamics. I offer a comprehensive suite of services to meet clients wherever they are in their change journey, whether that be as a speaker, coach, consultant, trainer, or mediator. I am fueled by teaching individuals and teams the knowledge and skills to build trust, meaningfully (re)connect, and create a safe space to explore the changes and transitions they're facing at home and at work.
