Young Women in Business (YWiB) aims to create a central forum connecting ambitious, like-minded young women across all industries, careers, and educational backgrounds to achieve personal and professional success on their own terms. We believe that building leadership skills and a personal network early in one's career can help them reach their fullest personal and professional potential. YWiB SFU supports its mission by providing members with ground-breaking events, innovative programs, and lasting connections with an engaged network of ambitious women.

An entirely volunteer-run student organization, Business Administration Student Society (BASS) represents the 4,336 students within the Bachelor of Business Administration program at Simon Fraser University's Beedie School of Business. Through a variety of social events, networking events, a mentorship program, and more, BASS provides countless leadership opportunities, while bridging together students, alumni, faculty members, and industry. BASS actively supports its affiliates such as SFU JDC West, as well as its 9 Beedie clubs to add utmost value to the Beedie experience.o Planned and lead team socials with 25-30 attendeeso Assisted in recruitment for LAUNCH (formerly known as FROSH) leader and mentors for the BASS Mentorship Programo Facilitated regular check-ins with 4 coordinators from other portfolios to ensure positive organizational cultureo Organized logistics for and facilitating monthly general council meetings with ~30 attendees
