With over 15 years of work experience in the non-profit administrative field, I am passionate about empowering AADAP's employees with HR excellence. As the HR Compliance Officer, I oversee employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HRIS for the organization, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. I also manage the performance evaluation and employee recognition programs, and provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR policies and procedures. Previously, I served as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and the COO of AADAP, where I coordinated administrative, financial, and operational tasks, and assisted with grant writing, reporting, and fundraising. I have developed strong skills in employee relations, compensation and benefits, HRIS, communication, and organization, and I am committed to AADAP's mission of providing comprehensive substance abuse treatment and prevention services to the diverse communities of Los Angeles. I enjoy working with a dedicated and diverse team of professionals, and I am always eager to learn new skills and best practices to enhance my HR competencies.
