I am an applied sociologist and leader of transformational design projects yielding people-wise, actionable guidance to address fundamental client and customer needs. Over the last 20+ years of my career, my work has guided designers and developers seeking to elevate the human in their product, service, or experience - and spurred progressive change among clients and customers.A trained researcher, I lead with empathy whether operationalizing a research methodology, or cultivating internal stakeholders.
