Working as a Social Studies and English teacher. I have taught a variety of courses in both subjects and also part of the development of Youth Court program. In addition I have taken students to compete in the National History Day competition at the local and state levels.

I teach a history research and writing course to rising sophomores over the summer. The course focuses on an in depth exploration of the Holocaust and Human Behavior as well as a heavy focus on research paper writing skills. The course has about 20 students from Philadelphia public schools.I also serve as a College Guidance Volunteer which consists of helping high school seniors write their college essays and apply to college.

I worked as instructional support for a child with Aspergers Syndrome in second grade. I was also tangentially responsible for another child with ADHD when he was integrated in the classroom.

I helped the collections manager keep the exhibits clean and preform condition reports on objects. I was also involved in a long term project of rehousing the collections objects in storage, which included assigning accession numbers and creating acid free storage space.
