Senior Enterprise Ux Designer
Current- Collaborating with stakeholders, business partners, product managers and engineers to understand, prioritize, and align on product features.- Planning and conducting research with end users in the field, in a lab setting, and remotely through contextual inquiry, interviews and usability tests.- Analyzing research findings to identify pain points and areas of opportunity. - Providing design recommendations to meet user and business needs based on validated research and industry best practices.- Designing interfaces and transforming them into high-fidelity clickable prototypes.- Advocating for the user experience process.- Fostering team culture through conceptualizing and facilitating remote and in-person team-building events.- Serving on the Community & Wellness Committee to promote a balanced and healthy work environment.
