Lead weekly content conversations with teachers to discuss scaffolding and differentiation to ensure quality interactions between students with a specific focus on EL students. Responsible for all campus admin duties outside of summer school including: handling a lockdown situation, filing a police report for a break in, and assisting police with alarm malfunctions.

Member of an elite team of 12 fitness specialists and 4 supervisors who taught classes to students, staff, faculty, and community members of the University. Assistant taught academic classes under the supervision of distinguished professors. Administered practical exams to lab classes. Wrote lesson plans for and taught 5 different academic/graded fitness classes to students a semester. Duties for these classes included: taking daily attendance, reviewing the syllabus monthly, enforcing the attendance and other policies, engaging with students, dealing with student conflicts, educating students of technique and the importance of fitness. Managed different fitness facilities with duties that included: keeping equipment clean, assisting members, completing liability waivers, programming personalized wellness plans for members. Performed other duties to assist the department including: subbing, writing newsletters, managing inventory of equipment, creating flyers, etc.
