Ensuring that all installations were schedulled in line with customers and fitters availability, and that service on and off site was to a high standard. If and when problems did happen, I would ensure a satisfactory and swift resolution to this.As well as managing the advisors, I would work alongside the Operations Manager to make sure everything was completed to a high standard, both with the Service team and the Fitting team.
