Ensuring that all installations were schedulled in line with customers and fitters availability, and that service on and off site was to a high standard. If and when problems did happen, I would ensure a satisfactory and swift resolution to this.As well as managing the advisors, I would work alongside the Operations Manager to make sure everything was completed to a high standard, both with the Service team and the Fitting team.

I would convert a brochure request into a designers visit, which in turn results in a sale.I would also support the 90+ stores nationwide, ensuring they had all the equipment they needed instore, as well as coordinating and delivering training where required.I would support a field Management team of 20+ with report requests and statistical analysis.
