I am a self-starter who is passionate about ensuring every individual makes the most of their education, training and employment opportunities.My satisfaction comes from supporting learners to overcome their barriers to learning and encourage them to engage in positive learning experiences to allow them to achieve.In particular supporting Language, Literacy and Numeracy learning and Career Development. LLN issues affect a high proportion of learners and impacts on all areas of their life to address these issues and unlock potential in our workforce excites me, as does building Career Development skills in individuals to allow them to become active career managers of their own careers. Education, training and work are a mine field of options that the majority of individuals simply can not navigate through with out help, advice and the chance to develop career management skills.
