Jen leads the asset acquisiton and management teams for Jupiter Texas Real Estate Investment Group. She is responsible for every aspect of the purchase of a new property to ensure it closes on time and smoothly. Her team ensures the deal is adequately funded by investors, secures the loan, purchases insurance, obtains a property inspection and negotiates any repairs with the seller, hires property management and coordinates the post-close transition. Her team is also responsible for ensuring assets are managed in a way to add value for investors.Jen previously worked for Big Four accounting firms for 15 years. She is a CPA (inactive), CFE (inactive) and CFF. She provided forensic accounting services to clients globally. She managed fraud and misconduct investigations spanning financial reporting matters, asset misappropriation, bribery and corruption, and violation of company policies including kickback schemes. She assisted companies in identifying their fraud and misconduct risks, including FCPA violations, and assists management in designing and implementing programs to mitigate those risks. She also performed financial statement audits for public and private companies. Jen has served global clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing and diversified industrials, consumer products, healthcare, technology and entertainment.
