Field Recordings is the film and video production house of director and filmmaker Lance Bangs.

Implemented new customer service support system (Zendesk) during new website transition phase, website debugging, provided customer service solutions to existing customers who were having issues with the new website, content creation, billing, etc.

Creating and developing unique graphic branding and marketing collateral and campaigns for print, web, and social media. Website (Wordpress), Facebook, and Twitter development, management, and administration. Editor and producer of weekly email newsletter. Event promotions through web media.

Providing administrative support to several of the Office of Neighborhood Involvement programs, including: Community and Neighborhood Involvement Center, Graffiti Abatement, and Crime Prevention. Answering phone lines and emails for the City of Portland: ONI general, graffiti hotline, and crime prevention. Maintaining and updating databases for CNIC and Graffiti Abatement. Maintaining City of Portland Office of Neighborhood Involvement Facebook page. City of Portland Spirit of Portland Awards event co-coordinator. Supervised student interns.

Performed general administrative office management tasks, which included: answering phone lines for rental and energy assistance programs, general information and referral within agency and throughout Multnomah County, greeting clients and customers, maintaining energy assistance calls database, office supplies ordering, scheduling conference rooms and agency vehicle, maintaining Outlook calendars for supervisors, event planning, marketing materials design, advisory board support, organizing staff and board meetings, recording minutes, tracking volunteer hours, organizing staff wellness events.

Created posters and flyers for events, developed general marketing materials and collateral for agency.

Provided administrative support to educational program. Performed general administrative tasks including: answering program phone and emails, greeting customers and students, maintaing program website and Twitter, producing graphic marketing and web materials for program, processing tuition payments, maintaining student database, coordinating event logistics, timesheet entry, supplies ordering.

Created curriculum and taught arts classes for students in grades K-6. Supervised classes of up to 30-60 students. Co-supervised volunteers ages 13-17. Co-coordinated major events.
