I performed regular variance analysis and made operational adjustments to manage within budget constraints, managed the development of contract scope for service contractors, provided final bidder selection and contract performance monitoring, and performed regular property inspections to ensure potential safety and operational concerns were adequately addressed. I was also responsible for the provision of timely information to asset management and clients upon request, and for the review and approval of all accounting created property financials.I assisted sales brokerage teams as a Landlord representative during due diligence for the acquisition and disposition of multiple assets and single handedly managed the Landlord rep role for one 3rd party asset disposition. Through this, I became very familiar with the entirety of the due diligence process. On the leasing side, I enjoyed the facilitation of the lease negotiation process by providing timely information to key decision makers on both sides of each transaction.I oversaw capital improvement projects on behalf of ownership and served as the Landlord representative for tenant improvement projects ranging in size up to $2.8M to date.
