• Specialize in the training, consulting, and implementation of Degree Works and Colleague Student solutions, Degree Audit and Student Planning.• Provide hands-on training of Degree Works and Colleague Student system to team members and selected staff.• Consult with institutions on policy and procedural matters to ensure maximum results from their student system using Colleague Degree Audit and Student Planning.• Understand higher education business processes and standards and share best practices with clients.• Serve as subject matter expert, working with leadership and staff in colleges and universities to ensure their applications are configured to best map to institutional processes and academic and business needs.• Work collaboratively with clients to derive maximum value from Degree Works and Colleague Student.• Use disciplined methodology, refine onsite engagement agendas, interview protocols, conduct large group presentations, and lead working group sessions that involve all key stakeholders and achieve engagement goals.• Identify client needs and make recommendations for additional services.• Assist with sales and services support.
