Jen brings substantial senior leadership experience in the supply chain, retail, and manufacturing industries. Jen currently serves as President of Raley’s, a $3.5 Billion omnichannel grocery retailer with more than 120 stores across Northern California and Nevada. Jen joined the company in 2020. Prior to her role as President, Jen served as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). As CAO, Jen worked with the leadership team to deliver on Raley’s long range strategic plan, including executing three acquisitions and designing the related operating model resulting in The Raley’s Companies Portfolio. These acquisitions doubled the size of the total business and brought enhanced technology, omnichannel, and last mile capabilities into the organization. In her role as CAO, Jen was also accountable for the company’s Legal, Risk, ESG, Corporate Development, and Project Management Office (PMO) functions. Prior to joining Raley’s, Jen served in leadership positions at several multinational public companies, including Con-way Inc., XPO Logistics, Inc., and Columbia Sportswear Company. Jen is also an attorney. She began her career in private practice at Davis Wright Tremaine and Stoel Rives and she has served as general counsel for a number of companies. Jen’s skills and experience include purpose driven leadership; retail and supply chain strategy; organizational transformation; operations and execution; P&L management; corporate development; mergers and acquisitions; general counsel; legal operations; board governance; global ethics and compliance program design; privacy and data security; enterprise risk management; ESG; and board and audit committee best practices. Jen is a member of the Board of Directors of Raley’s Operating Company. Jen is also a member of the Board of Directors of FieldTRUE, a natural organic subscription delivery business; and of Ozark Trucking, a transportation and logistics company focused on the grocery industry.
