Edit and direct the production of Coxing Magazine, serving the coxswain community

Senior administrator responsible for budgetary and staffing management for 270 building care, sanitation and logistical staff; oversight of $19 million departmental budget, trained staff on use of technology systems (using Powerpoint, web-based delivery platforms and classroom lectures)

Developed and led the Team Building and Leadership Development programs for students, faculty, staff and alumni groups; taught college-level outdoor education and leadership courses with hands-on classroom and experimental teaching methods
