As well as keeping customers satisfied and getting ahead of potential problems. Jenna further developed her skills in customer service. As well as learning new skills like keeping PH levels balanced, routine maintenance, being responsible of a company vehicle, and recording water levels. Jenna has worked at a retail store as a sales associate. She was responsible for greeting customers as they entered and making sure they entered into a clean and friendly environment. As a sales associate she learned about all the products offered in her store, that way she could better assist customers in finding what fit their needs. Jenna has a passion for sales and loves making real connections with people, this allows her to fully understand their wants and needs and better assist them in their decision making process.
