Run the front desk including checking patients in and out for their appointments, making bank deposits, balancing the accounts at the end of the day, making and returning patient phone calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, handling online marketing and reviews. I also run the preliminary equipment on patients before they see the doctor, collecting data and organizing their chart for the exam. I do opening and closing duties making sure the office is clean and organized for the day.

Seat customers, take a prepare to go orders, take food and beverage orders, bring drinks from the bar, prepare side dishes, close down server station at the end of the shift, manage a large section of tables and parties.

Take customer orders for breakfast, cook and prepare the dish, serve the dishes and refill drink orders, bus and set up the tables, clean the kitchen for the next day, maintain inventory and order produce, bake fresh cookies each day for the front lobby, clean the dining area, make sure customers end their stay with a delicious breakfast and a positive experience!
