Plan, organize and schedule staff and assignments ensuring timely, quality care to residents.Interface with residents, family members, physicians and medical care providers to assess needs, condition and to ensure timely development of care plans.Ensure department staff training and competence, working with our staff development function to identify needs and approve training content.Monitor resident condition and ensure timely appropriate care and service.Serve as the communities' representative and liaison with regulatory, community and governmental organizations on Resident Care related matters, ensuring prompt and appropriate response to requests, complaints and inspections.

Manage staff of 23 Med techs and caregivers, hiring , scheduling , and training of staff. Assessment of residents , update service plans , monitoring of residents change in condition, comply with state licensing title 22.
