The Mindful Child Initiative (MCI) is a community non-profit that aims to empower our community to live in the present by providing high-quality, trauma-informed, mindfulness programs [promoting mental + emotional health] to Lehigh Valley children and the adults who support them.

The LVST PreSport Program is a personalized mindfulness and yoga curriculum, developed to support the social and emotional needs of it's students. Children learn tools and practices to help focus and pay attention, identify and manage emotions, understand thoughts, feel good in their bodies, build self confidence, and live in the present moment.
