Responsible for the management of client assignments to meet project deliverables, milestones within budget, schedule and scope while working remotely. Assignments include but are not limited to: Conducting default servicing reviews to determine compliance with GSE, non-GSE, regulatory policies and client-specific guidelines. Areas of review include: Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, MERS, Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, REO, Payment Processing, Fees, Force Placed Insurance, PMI, Single Point of Contact, Loss Mitigation/Modifications, Short Sales and Deeds in Lieu. Creates and maintains project plans that track the completion and delivery of all milestones. Issue preliminary and final findings reports and executive summaries to the client, in addition to creating training materials and disseminating training to peers for efficient and effective testing. Research legal requirements to determine all aspects applicable to each client for testing to ensure their best interests are served and that their borrower’s best interests are kept at the forefront. Conduct weekly team meetings with client where updates, statuses, questions, issues, resolutions, recommendations and troubleshooting of upcoming projects or outstanding problems are discussed. Appointed as the Subject Matter Expert for long term clients.
