After earning my Bachelor of Secondary Education in 2022, I was immediately employed as an English instructor at Cebu City's second-largest English academy. Shortly after, I received an offer for a regularization contract and was promoted to manage group classes. I taught "Media class," which covers global trends and issues, as well as "TOEIC Listening." My confidence in providing my students with a high-quality education led to my promotion to head teacher. I oversaw the schedules and needs of both teachers and students for teaching and learning. I also led school development events and looked out for the well-being of all parties, providing a safe environment for students to build their English language skills. It is not new to me to teach a range of children with multiple intelligences in a broader context; during my internship, I taught junior high school pupils of various abilities. With this experience under my belt, I can declare with confidence that I know how the state school system operates and that I am capable of carrying out the obligations of a teacher. To prepare for and experience the difficulties of teaching from a young age, I was able to engage in a variety of extracurricular activities at my school, where I could put my academic and leadership abilities to use. I was able to join the scientific, math, and English fairs and was consistently elected as one of the student body's officers. In general, I possess academic competence. I've decided to begin taking classes on teaching English because I think that educators should pursue lifelong learning. In reality, I recently completed an international TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language)/TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) course, which I have included in my résumé. Right now, I'm thinking about going after a Master of Education (MA. Ed.) in English Language Teaching (ELT). My experience has taught me how to establish trusting bonds with all organizational areas. I am capable of working both inside and outside of teams.
