Hi, I'm Jenny Ahn! As a leader with Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice, I focus on Life Sciences organizations, and am based in Boston. I partner with business leaders to drive enterprise growth and profitability through large scale transformations with a primary focus on global organizational effectiveness, change management and restructuring efforts. I advise multinational Life Sciences organizations as they strategize, design and execute global organizational, talent and workforce programs. I am also passionate about cultivating the best talent experience - by being committed to diversity, equity and inclusion and serving as Deloitte Consulting's US Chief Well-being Officer. I'm proud that we're continuing to evolve, improve and integrate how we work and what we work on. I began my career in business/information research and talent analytics with McKinsey & Company in Boston. For four years, I partnered with the consulting teams to provide leading data-driven business research to shape the recommendations and solutions provided to clients. Since then I discovered and honed my passion for driving business impact through people strategies and completed my MBA at Columbia Business School in 2008. Since joining Deloitte Consulting, I've worked my way up from a summer intern to my current leadership position. Originally from Long Island, NY, I graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. in Economics magna cum laude. My honors thesis was on the economic impact of education vs. welfare for single-parent families - where my labor economics research put me on my current path as a human capitalist.
