The mission of herStories is to empower ALL Womxn to amplify their voice by sharing their story. We do that by creating video diaries for Womxn so that they have a creative outlet to express, document and be heart.herStories are the stories of so many. The diversity of life experience, voice & perspective within these video diaries allow us to witness the world beyond our immediate community which inspires understanding, empathy and compassion.The collection of these video diaries are created from a desire to document what can not be seen or heard by the spoken or written word.

I work with Womxn to help tell their stories using movement as the catalyst for expression. Together, through conversation and a series of video recordings, we create her movement diary so that she can reflect on it forever. This transformative, empowering and artistic representation of life can be a personal gift or a public message to help others feel supportive and comfortable in their own story.

Jen is the founder of the "herStories Collection" and "The Power of Gesture", an accessible movement practice that helps us all process the emotional human experience with embodied gestures. Jen offers 1:1 coaching, workshops, speaking, and video producing using "The Power of Gesture" as the catalyst for transformation and joy!
