Organized a schedule of around 150 employees, of which 15 supervisors and assistant supervisors were direct reports. Directed each supervisor on the management of their team for the day and where the city could most efficiently earn the income from the sale of beach tags. Oversaw orientation seminars to prepare all employees for their positions. Compiled all employees’ packets. Conducted parts of orientation. Responsible for the hiring and firing of employees. Oversaw all conduct issues including issuing letters of warning and termination.

Oversaw daily operation of 2 shops- Ice cream and chocolate. In charge of daily 'to-do' list. Responsible for daily bank deposits when owner was not available.

Researched and wrote one-sheets of music artists to mail to major television, radio and internet music providers. Screened music videos singles of potential new clients of the company and provided feedback for the owner to consider when signing an artist. Assisted the founder and owner of the largest independent music video provider in the country. Managed daily banking when needed. Responsible for all office services. Coordinated all aspects of the weekly mailings of DVD, miniDV, Beta, VHS tapes and CDs to major television, radio and Internet music providers. Distributed promotional collateral for artists.
