Leading LinkedIn's Global Interior Design Program as part of the Construction and Project Management team. With the focus of my department specifically on interiors, my team is able to further develop LinkedIn's story through architecture, interiors, furniture, branding and signage with all of our offices worldwide. Ranging in campus buildouts totaling to 600,000 sf to redesigning individual team areas in less than 250 sf, our team works directly with regional leadership and individual requestors to create a design program that will successfully provide creative places for LinkedIn's global team to come to work. In addition to working with our client, we have a relationship with architectural firms, furniture and signage vendors to create an inspired workplace that correctly exemplifies LinkedIn's vision while honoring the specific cultural design direction.

I oversee our offices worldwide to ensure that each location embodies LinkedIn's transformational vision within the architecture by developing inviting places for our employees to work with the balance of creativity and functionality. My team is responsible for the development of the interiors, starting with the overall interior architecture and furniture layouts to the physical move to the new office. In addition to the three dimensional world, the team also encompasses our world of 2D graphics: we create custom signage while following and enforcing brand guidelines, we design site specific interactive design elements, and develop from scratch conference room locations, evacuation maps, and workspace identification plans. Just as "relationships matter" in our LinkedIn community, we value this relationship with all of our construction, furniture, and design vendors which are an integral part of LinkedIn's continued design success.
