Perhaps it's the Aussie air or all the wheatbix I had growing up, I don't know but something has contributed to my go get ‘em attitude and I believe there are no limits except the ones you place on yourself.Over the past 15 years I have scored several academic achievements and implemented the expert knowledge into my work. I am excited that I have been involved in two projects where I have put my passion for strategic decision making and facilitating growth to practice. Within months both companies operations were completely overhauled, doubling productivity – my most proud achievement though, was engaging the staff and creating a culture of inclusion and ambition.I thrive on structuring change management strategies, overcoming the inherent hurdles and deliver results by careful preparation and flexibility. I am technically skilled in Xero, MYOB Accountright Plus, MYOB Contacts, MYOB AE, AE Tax and Accounting and advanced MS Office. I have a strong work ethic, and have evidenced achievements in financial, operational and HR management.
