I've assisted in implementing OpTime and OpTime-Stork Integration in 8 hospitals and 2 Ambulatory Surgery Centers over the last 5 years. In coordination with the Security, I have built and maintained the majority of our OpTime/Anesthesia owned user templates. I am our Workflow Engine Rule builder for Perioperative Users, Surgeons and Anesthesiologists. I recently was a Tier 1 Project Coordinator and builder for the implementation of Procedure Pass. I have extensive experience in Status Boards, SnapBoards,Reporting Workbench, Chronicles Searching/Reporting and Importing/Exporting. I built out our OpTime Dashboards at our initial go-live. I have interest in User/Provider Provisioning and designed/implemented a workflow for Perioperative Managers to complete their own Staff Authorizations. I'm passionate about HODs and Out-of-OR Anesthesia Workflows and have aided in the analysis of complicated HOD workflows. I mentor newer colleagues and host Lunch & Learns to share my knowledge of OpTime functionality/workflows.My most recent accomplishments during the COVID-19 crisis included:• Served as a mini-PM and lead a group of analysts to build and/or modify 44 inpatient departments to prepare for a surge of patients.• Building out COVID-19 Procedure Pass Tasks and Preprocedure DashboardsPrior to joining the OpTime team in 2013, I was a member of the Ambulatory team. I created a Medicare workflow for internal medicine providers. Helped build and implement the ambulatory MAR for outpatient clinics. Assisted in Workflow Engine Rule adjustments, navigator build and doc flowsheet build.I am certified in EpicCare Ambulatory, Ambulatory Specialty Setup, OpTime, Anesthesia Reporting Workbench and Radar. All certifications are up-to-date with NVT & CEEs for Epic 2020.
