This time was filled with many initiatives, including mission trips: --e3 USA Dallas and e3 USA Birmingham Missions, praying with people and sharing Christ door-to-door in both cities. --Foreign Mission trips: Medical Missions to Lima, Peru and Constanta, Romania, providing the physical love of Christ through medical outreach while sharing the Gospel Message; and a trip to Horokiv, Ukraine in the fall of 2014, teaching adult ESL, leading kid's games, sharing the Gospel and leading daily discipleship while providing love and encouragement to people torn by war and strife. --Added to these initiatives were ministry-related service with KCBI Radio Prayer Team, and a Nursing Home Ministry. --Paramount was the task of raising financial funds for my missionary role. ----Stepping down from HR Director and moving to a Missionary role meant stepping down from payroll under administrative general ministry funds and moving to an e3 Staff Support Account payroll funded and sustained completely through personal financial partners (i.e. personal financial donors who provide monthly financial support for my ministry). ----Donations go to an e3 Support Account designated to cover my payroll, and ministry-related expenses (trip costs: airfare, lodging, transportation, Visa fees), vaccinations (Malaria, Yellow Fever, Typhoid, etc.) and other ministry-related expenses.
