Currently working in the Recruitment area, serving as the first contact and screening method for candidates applying to work at Freelance Latin America. Asides from that, my job in the area consists of developing different procedures and techniques that could facilitate the hiring process for interested applicants while having worked closely with our Recruiters in the succesful closing of more than 130 positions.Additionally, I have experience in ESL Teaching, having been in charge of different groups of children, teens and adults in order to have them reach set goals and a good understanding of the language. I worked as such for 2 years in a binational academy.Going in the same effective communication-driven route, I have also worked in Content Creation, and as a shift supervisor in a Data Analysis team. I consider communication and dynamism my fortés, as they have been skills I have made use of constantly in every job I've held.
