Data Analyst
Current❋ Create and fulfill the Data Analyst position and manage all hard data tracking and trending. Develop and implement data analysis strategies to optimize business visibility and organization attractiveness. Conduct weekly and monthly marketing data analysis to recognize and interpret trends for CEO, DMO, outside marketing, and call center teams. Developed an automated myriad reporting system to improve ROI for an 11-member sales team, consolidating hundreds of individual research hours across the Sales Department.❋ Develop and maintain a reporting system which tracks daily, weekly, monthly, and annual patient appointment trends for 17 clinics. Increased revenue and operational efficiency by retaining consistent patients and reducing missed patients. Designed and implemented a system which delivers individual and companywide performance reports to clinic representatives.❋ Own Salesforce administration and serve as Salesforce champion. Own marketing graphics and source all marketing swag for the company, and regularly conduct comparison shopping for various items. Utilize unique technical mastery of Adobe Creative Suite to design and create all marketing materials. Successfully collect and interpret data. Create handbook of important reporting procedures. Identify patterns and trends in data sets. Maintain database accuracy, reports, and communication channels. Coordinate, design, and source all internal/external marketing materials. ❋ Manage website content for all new medical providers and clinic locations.
