Having recently completed the requirements to be a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Nevada, I am looking for an opportunity to put my unique education, work, and life experience to use working in the real estate development industry. Completing a B.A. of Architecture from UC Berkeley taught me professional presentation skills, as well as prepared me for the demanding schedule of a self-motivated entrepreneur. While there, I also honed my time-management skills, gained experience working on teams, practiced juggling multiple projects at once, and developed my critical thinking and decision making skills.Working in customer service and sales for many years taught me the importance of getting to know the client, anticipating their needs, and always being one step ahead. It was expected that I know the product and make appropriate suggestions to the client, while also being approachable, respectful, and pleasant to work with. The life experience of having lived and worked abroad has given me the skills required to succeed in today's fast-paced, competitive market, because I am adaptable, pay close attention to detail, and work well with all different types of people. I value my years abroad, and consider the experience an extension of my education, and some of my most formative years.
