Communicating with customers and interviewing them about their needs and requirements for their travel. Using this information, we can identify what in our store would work for them to help them when travelling. I use my experience in OT to help identify the type of suitcase that will make their travel easier.

Host - KFC - Hospitality IndustryBeing a host at KFC for 4 years I have:- Developed skills to Adapt to customer complaints and conflicts, dealing with them efficiently and calmly.- Communicated to managers when I required help, resulting in being an overall better worker.- Evaluated other employees Timing of the product to ensure all product is in time, and healthy to sell.- Multi-tasking and time management skills - I often was required to do 4 tasks at once when managers were busy to ensure everything runs smoothly- Established leadership development by allocating tasks to the employees to encourage working hard and independence.Key achievements:- Fundraised for the KFC youth foundation, helped raise more than $100 a day, and a total of $3000 a month.
