At frog I manage large-scale, Fortune-50 programs from inception through completion, am responsible for managing client expectations and ensuring that delivery meets those expectations. My role is a multi-faceted role within frog: first and foremost I am responsible for all aspects of the project life cycle: diagnosing client needs, managing project teams, and leveraging the knowledge and creativity of colleagues to generate robust business solutions. Additionally, I serve as a client-facing leader, overseeing the day-to-day relationships with our clients, while providing thoughtful and pragmatic leadership.Brass Tacks:-I am responsible for the program management process and lifecycle, including, but not limited to, contracts, program scope, program organization, resourcing, plan development and risk management-I am the Senior level point of contact for my clients, manage their shifting expectations and implement project level solutions when needed-I manage cross functional program teams and their activities ensuring alignment with the program vision-Ensure quality, uphold delivery standards and best practices, risk mitigation -I communicate early and often keeping all stakeholders informed of schedule and scope changes and will escalate program issues when needed-I'm budget control and cost analyst on my programs and responsible for communicating financial details to senior management
