Manage own req load of requisitions. Help to manage the recruiting team’s req loads to ensure that they have an adequate number of requisitions and assist GE in moving Recruiters to support other businesses/reqs when needed. Also acts as Yoh advocate to push back when req load exceeds the 20-25 limit. Manage the team’s performance to ensure 4 hires a month are met and supply reasoning behind if they are not met for two consecutive months. Liaise with Management on performance reviews by offering feedback as well as engaging as needed on any applicable disciplinary action.Execute weekly team calls with specific Recruiting team.Execute one on one calls with recruiters when necessary, especially in times of on-boarding/training. Responsible for the specific metrics collection for the team. Consolidating this information with the summary of challenges and successes and forwarding in an organized manner to Recruiting Team Manager. Responsible for the successful on-boarding of all new hires and making sure they complete the New Hire Training and are fully versed in their OFCCP compliance responsibilities.
