CurrentIn 2023 I was promoted to VP of Learning and Training to lead the design, implementation, and facilitation of all adult learning and training. I specialize in scaling and propelling learning opportunities across various formats for franchisees, school directors, and faculty resources for all school leaders. - Built out the three-part learning organization framework inclusive of key enablement technologies: an adult learning platform, a behavior change platform, and a digital adoption platform.- Introduced a new learning experience platform (LXP) that leverages AI to complement the existing learning management system (LMS) and deliver a social learning capability.- Established a cross-functional team of 10 certified change champions (ProSci ADKAR) who organically promote change management skills and methodologies throughout the organization.- SME for instructional/learning design, guiding the development of learning pathways and creating engaging content for adults.- Scaled the faculty training function to deliver training kits directly to schools, enabling schools to deliver consistent training in-house; lead a nationwide group of franchisees improving resources for the faculty journey.- Partnered with the McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership to create a nine-month training cohort for school directors facilitated by the previous year’s participants in a Train-the-Trainer model.- Spearheaded the design and execution of the Directors’ Convention in 2023 that was regarded by the CEO as our best event to date.- Deliver thought leadership by participating in learning events and keynotes; facilitate workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance adult stakeholder skills.
