After 20+ years in the corporate world, I've followed my passions to feed people by creating a food truck serving delicious crispy fries, cheesy goodness and herbed veggie gravy (Poutine). We've completed over 80 large events nationwide in the last three years. Now the focus is to build out and create the first ever Poutinerie restaurant in Salt Lake City, UT. I love to help people follow their dreams, empower and encourage them to use their voice, spend quality time with family and enjoy my life spending time with loved ones, all while having fun in the process.
