I have led the Tulane Sim Center to successfully achieving increasing annual growth in revenue and learners. I am responsible for mission driven direction, client mix, personnel, external funding, and operations. As founding Director, I have written and managed the implementation of all policies and processes. I am responsible for business development strategies, oversee all grant funding proposals, partner with faculty on research projects, partner with other academic institutions on GME training, and represent the Center to health professionals and industry, and Chair or Vice Chair multiple international association committees involved in industry policy making. Serving 3-year term as Board Director at Large with fiduciary responsibility for society to meet the mission of advancing healthcare simulation to improve patient safety. Support society committees and general membership by helping establish and meet goals of the society at large. Collaborated with other Board members to develop and craft the next 5 years strategic priorities for the Society to advance healthcare simulation through 2029.

Vice Chair of the Finance & Audit Committee, responsible for financial reviews of all programs and proposals, reviews of annual audits, and annual budget review and recommendation to the full Board of Directors for voting. Lead working group that reviews and monitors the Society's investment portfolio for compliance with Board approved investment strategy and performance expectations.

Responsible for projects, proposals, and recommendations related to simulation center leadership, financials, staffing, and operations. Responsible for the creation in 2019 of the MORE track at the ACS Annual Surgical Simulation Summit with expert panels on Management, Operations, Research, and Education.

Working with the Group on Information Resources Director, I proposed and created a SIG for those involved in simulation training and education at academic medical college member institutions. SAM-SIG members include those involved in simulation from varied roles, including, leadership, management, technical operations, information technology, educators, and faculty subject matter experts. Marketing and Ad Sales Training and Development:• Supported General Managers of assigned markets with employee on-boarding, training, education, and development in sales support roles of marketing and research.• Worked with sales teams to on training and presentation creation.• Team of 5 Directors and VP lead annual Leadership Conference theme and content creation and presentation trainings and workshops. Marketing, Research, and New Business Development:• Enlarged market share by 12% and generated more than $8M in new revenue by with an aggressive client incentive campaign, eclipsing the budgeted goal by a $4M margin.• Educated all company offices on the value and use of email marketing newsletters, resulting in more than 10,000 newsletter subscribers / potential customers per month in the first 6 months.• Dramatically enhanced account retention with the creation of an annual client renewal presentation.
