As the Director of the Tulane Center for Advanced Medical Simulation and Team Training for over 16 years, I have led the Sim Center to successfully achieve increasing annual growth in revenue and learners. I am responsible for mission-driven direction, aligning with and supporting medicine educational objectives, supporting faculty in creating simulation curriculums, external revenue mix, and growing personnel to achieve both program and personal success.
