Lead all fundraising efforts for Trinity Rep, Rhode Island’s largest non-profit arts organization. Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising plans to secure and retain support from individuals, corporations, foundations, and government sources. Collaborate closely with executive leadership and board of trustees to align fundraising strategies with the organization's mission and long-term strategic priorities, and foster a culture of philanthropy and engagement. Ensure donor retention, ticket buyer to donor conversion rate, patron loyalty and service, general stewardship and cultivation efforts. Support outreach and community partnerships to benefit Trinity Rep and its development and community building efforts. Supervise, manage, and lead department of three (Individual Giving Officer, Development Officer, Development Associate) and direct work of freelance Grants Writer and graphic designers. Serve as a major gifts officer for planned gifts, major individual gifts, corporate support, foundation grants, fundraising events, and government grants. Direct and oversee all aspects of fundraising events including budget management, sales goals and strategies, and event logistics.

Co-led organization with Artistic Director during critical period of transition and national search for permanent Executive Director as the company was re-starting its first live performances following a 20-month pause due to COVID-19 pandemic. Provided oversight of the theater’s administrative operations, including Trinity Rep’s fundraising, marketing, finance, human resources, facilities, and IT departments. Advanced progress towards strategic goals. Supported senior management team in developing operational plans to implement and achieve the goals of the theater’s strategic plan. Actively supported and upheld organization’s commitment to Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism. Worked closely with Board of Trustees to support effective governance and fundraising efforts.
