I have been a dedicated nurse since 2012, starting my career as a MedSurg Tele nurse. My passion for patient care and my commitment to excellence quickly propelled me to the position of Clinical Shift Manager in 2017. In this role, I honed my leadership skills, overseeing nursing staff and ensuring high standards of care. In 2024, I transitioned to the role of Case Manager, where I now focus on coordinating patient care, ensuring effective treatment plans, and enhancing patient outcomes through comprehensive case management.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong ability to adapt to various roles within the healthcare industry, always prioritizing patient welfare and striving for continuous improvement in healthcare delivery. Additionally, I have played a key role in educating and mentoring new nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.My extensive experience in nursing, combined with my leadership and case management skills, allows me to effectively contribute to any healthcare setting, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency.My nursing philosophy became apparent as I entered the profession. As I became a nurse, I knew what values I wanted to incorporate into my nursing practice. I was surrounded by strong, loving, and caring nurses who loved what they did.
