CurrentResponsible for optimizing the Member Experience related to Welcome and Onboarding journeys, identifying and solving for communication gaps to improve end-to-end member engagement and retention. Create new, relevant personalized educational programs to improve overall customer satisfaction and drive Net Promoter Score (NPS).• Lead Medicare member-facing communication initiatives from strategy development through tactical execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns • Coordinate and consult on projects to improve digital self-service in alignment with enterprise capabilities• Collaborate with marketing technology teams to improve digital content relevancy and user experience related to member-facing online tools• Provide guidance and direction to internal and external teams, serving as the subject matter expert and product manager for member retention communication initiatives• Partner with key business stakeholders to develop and maximize short and long-term value of investments• Achieved Medicare Super Star Award 2Q2018 for participation in an ABX event which improved processes for translating and delivering member communications in alternative formats • Rated as Highly Successful Performer for 3 consecutive years, delivering results above expectations
