Renovated, opened and led a $1.5 M YMCA that became one of the fastest growing / busiest branches in the association. Drove member service initiatives to increase retention and program participation. Additionally created and grew corporate membership and wellness programs for the 14 branch association.

Oversaw two full-facility branches (one direct supervision and the other supervised the executive director) with a total budget of over $3M. In Oct. 2009 began renovation project for a new facility and oversaw all aspects of the renovation / opening / hiring. New branch opened Jan. 2010. Worked with all three branches until Aug. 2010.

Led member service initiatives that consistently propelled branch to lead association in retention, satisfaction numbers. Created staff development program to coach "up and coming" staff enabling them to be prepared for leadership positions. Directed quality initiatives growing program participation and revenue.
