- Work directly with Senior Design Director each season to help create the concept/ color palette making sure the line is cohesive and on trend, overseeing the Motherhood brand- Experience leading a team of 3 associates to create brand appropriate collections- Worked on the following categories during my tenure; Knits, Nursing, Sweaters,Graphics, Sports Licensing, Wovens, Wendy Bellissimo Collection- Conceptualize, give creative direction, and create artwork for all graphic tees, grew a non-existent graphic tee business to $9 million a year- Confer with merchant team to make sure we are aligned and are shifting the product appropriately with the needs of the business and trends- Work closely with product development team to make sure we are designing product that hits our costing and IMU goals- Illustrator sketch all graphics and sweaters for the brand as well as create tech packs and give spec details for these products- Attend all fits for graphics and sweaters,working closely with the technical designer to perfect the fit and balance of each garment- Create stitch/ cable/ jacquard layouts for sweaters each season
