She is the Chief Inspiration Officer and Founder of JLynne Consulting Group (JLCG), a firm that specializes in delivering keynotes, workshops, training, coaching, and other for organizations going through change, wanting to find their purpose, or focusing on leading authentically and compassionately.As the Founder of the HUMAN Leadership Institute, the leadership consulting arm of JLCG, Jen works with corporations and organizations looking to inspire their teams from within, using a proven methodology that puts the power of the human spirit at the center of every company's success. She has a master's degree in Sports and Human Performance Psychology, and holds certifications from Harvard, Cornell, Yale, and Wharton. She is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, a four-time TEDx speaker, and the author of two books.
