About Jen Dalitz

I am experienced Board Director and Audit & Risk Committee Chair, currently serving as Chair of Qudos Bank, Non-Executive Director of iPartners, Trustee and ARC Chair of the Australian Museum, and independent Audit & Risk Committee Member of Australian Physiotherapy Association. I blend my board work with executive coaching, with an emphasis on creating sustainable, standout performance. My governance and consulting experience spans spans banking and financial services, professional services, agribusiness, mental health, member services, cultural institutions, scientific research, professional services, sport and education. With deep strategic and operational expertise in financial services and management consulting, I have been a member of risk, audit, finance, people, governance, remuneration and transformation committees. An internationally recognised advocate for inclusion and diversity, I served for four years as the CEO of Women in Banking and Finance, focused on increasing gender diversity in the sector, and prior to that advised major corporations on their inclusion and diversity initiatives for over a decade. Media and PR savvy, I've been the spokesperson for public campaigns and have a track record in organising and advocating for enduring change. My formal education includes the AICD Company Director's Course, an MBA from the AGSM, Fellow status with CPA Australia, the Women's Leadership Program at the Darden School of Business (UVA), and am an accredited coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership. A country girl at heart, I love spending time at home on my farm whenever life permits. When not at my desk, you'll usually find me outdoors riding a horse, walking a dog, or with my teenage son at weekend sports.
