An internationally recognised advocate for inclusion and diversity, I served for four years as the CEO of Women in Banking and Finance, focused on increasing gender diversity in the sector, and prior to that advised major corporations on their inclusion and diversity initiatives for over a decade. My formal education includes the AICD Company Director's Course, an MBA from the AGSM, Fellow status with CPA Australia, the Women's Leadership Program at the Darden School of Business (UVA), and am an accredited coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership. A country girl at heart, I love spending time at home on my farm whenever life permits. When not at my desk, you'll usually find me outdoors riding a horse, walking a dog, or with my teenage son at weekend sports.
