I was an independent director and audit committee member, contributing to the finance, risk and governance functions of the board.

UNSW Business School is a powerhouse of business education and research in the Asia Pacific region. The Alumni Advisory Board provides strategic input to the UNSW Business School, including the Australian Graduate School of Management, to ensure the current and future student experience is optimized and the educational offering remains relevant. Jen is involved in providing input to new program development and student and alumni engagement.

Peer Support Australia provides schools communities with an evidence based, peer led approach to enhance the mental, social and emotional well being of young people. Our vision is to enable young people to make informed and skilled contributions to their communities. The Peer Support Program equips young people with the skills to support each other.

As the SheEO, my work involved developing strategies and tactical activities towards achieving gender balanced leadership including coaching, training, workshops and conferences aimed at supporting women through their career journey.
